Kobe Beef is the highest grade of beef among more than 200 kinds of brand beef in Japan. “Bifuteki Kawamura” is a high-end steak restaurant where the chef grills Kobe beef right in front of your eyes. There are eight restaurants mainly in Hyogo Prefecture, and they are famous throughout Japan.
The meat used is limited to high-ranked beef such as Kuroge Wagyu, Kobe beef, and “Grand Champion,” which is the highest grade of Kobe beef.
